Offered here is a Keithley LCZ Meter with Kelvin test clips. This self-contained benchtop impedance meter has an impressive array of features: 120Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz, and 100kHz measurement frequencies Four-terminal connection for Kelvin clips and standard test fixtures 4-1/2 digit display of L/C/R and D/Q open/short compensation, accurately removes residual impedances from the test fixture Wide measurement range with automatic range switching Internal 2VDC bias, with rear-panel connector for external bias IEEE-488 interface for automated measurement setup 50mV and 1V RMS test levels operates from100-240VAC, 48-62 Hz AC mains This nice, clean unit has been thoroughly tested, works fine, and is in a good state of calibration. The second photo shows it measuring a GenRad 1409-T 0.1uF Standard Capacitor with exact known value of 0.100122uF, right on spec. Dissipation factor is similarly accurate, as are the other functions and ranges. It comes with a set of new Kelvin clips and the op/service manual (PDF).
