Grand Rapids Community College is soliciting bids on a KMT Cold Saw as follows: KMT Cold Saw *Model C315/350  022511 *460 volt *s/n 010269002 *Year 2001    CONDITIONS:  1) Can be seen Monday-Thursday – 8:00 to 2:00pm at – GRCC Applied Technology Center – 151 Fountain NE - Grand Rapids, MI. Please contact Joel Frank at jfrank@grcc.edu for an appointment. 2) KMT Cold Saw is being sold - AS IS 3) Grand Rapids Community College will answer all questions via e-bay Q&A ONLY. So all interested parties have an opportunity to view the information. Grand Rapids Community College will accept questions until 8am, Fri, June 17 2016 E.S.T. and Answer all questions by 5pm, Friday, June 17,2016 E.S.T. 4) NO SHIPPING provided by seller. Buyer to arrange local pick up with seller. No Delivery or SHIPPING provided by seller. Buyer to arrange local pick up with seller. Seller will assist with loading to proper truck or trailer only. Please contact Joel Frank at jfrank@grcc.edu to arrange pick up, available Mon-Thu, 7:00am-2:30pm, by appointment. 5) Grand Rapids Community College will require the buyer to sign a "hold harmless" agreement in conjunction with this sale.   6) Payment arrangements (other than PayPal) accepted as follows: Cash or Cashier’s Check paid at GRCC Cashier’s Office, Main Building, Room 154. Item may not be removed until check clears at the discretion of GRCC. Receipt must be presented at time of pick up.    7) Michigan residents add 6% sales tax   8) Buyers have (14) calendar days to pick up purchased goods. Items not picked within (14) days will be considered forfeited. $5000 deposit required within (3) business days of sale or item will be considered forfeited.   Grand Rapids Community College has the right to reject any or all bids as deemed necessary in the best interest of the college.
