(3) Adaptable to a manual mill or a CNC machining center with a fixed head (4) (A)Eliminates tilting the head on a manual mill and having to tram the head back in square.      (B) Having to use angle blocks or machine soft jaws for one partticular angle. (5) The locating components are designed to hold small or large parts to machine req'd angles. (6) The vise jaws are made of 6061 aluminum and hard anodized for durability. All the locating components are made of CRS1018 and black oxided to prevent rusting.  Jaw size is 1" X 3 " X   6". Mounting hole pattern is for a 6" Kurt vise or others makes with the same hole pattern. (7) Set is self contained, all hardware required to set up an angle quickly and securely is included in the set. Height stops are in 1/4" increments from 1/4" to 1 1/4" F-Quick reference chart showing the range of each locating arm to expedite set-up.                                                                                  QUICK EXPLANATION OF THE ANGLE JAW SET-UP 1-There are 9 threaded pivot holes that are located at the bottom edge of the angle jaw which are numbered 1-9. These are the pivot holes that  the L shaped locating arms are attached to.. 2-There are 9 sets of threaded c'bored  holes (upper half of the angle jaw). Each set has 5 holes ea. Each set are also numbered 1-9. Each set of 5 holes cover a range of 5 deg. 3-Starting from the set that is on the far left side that is numbered #1. This set covers angle 1 deg. to 5 deg.,the next row covers the angle range of 6 deg. to 10 deg. and so on until the very last row on the right #9 covers the angle range of 41 deg. to 45 deg. 4-The top hole on each set is the always the  lowest degree of the each  set and the bottom is always the highest degree of each set. 5-Each numbered L shaped locating arm also covers a 5 deg. range. Photo #3 shows 2 angle jaw using the shortest locating arm (#1) attached to the pivot hole #1. One arm is attached to the top hole which is 1 deg. and the second locating arm is attached to the bottom hole, setting the angle at 5 deg. 6-Photo #4 illustrates the jaw setting for 41 deg.  and the other jaw set at 45 deg. using the (#9) locating arm attached to the #9 pivot hole and the top a #9 set. After setting up the angle jaw a couple times you will be able make a angle set up in a  couple minutes.     .
