Free Shipping in the USA! Includes PMT assembly with BIN option. This is a large alpha sensor probe scintillator crystal assembly. It is designed for use with side looking PMT tubes such as the 931. The active area of the sensor is about 2x4 inches. Even though it uses an inexpensive 931 photomultiplier, it is an extremely sensitive true scintillator that is immune to gamma rays. To make this work with a ludlum model 3 or similar, buy one 931or similar side looking photomultiplier along with 10x 10 meg resistors and 3x 10nF 1kV capacitors. This item is pretty hard to find. I have lots of lasers and other unique stuff for sale this week.
