This is a nice VERY Heavy Vintage 3 Jaw chuck from a Vintage 12" Powermatic Model 45 Wood Lathe. It is marked ref 6134 The Cushman Chuck Co Hartford Conn made in the USA Some dust and dirt wear and tear rust and pitting but In good working shape.It is a bit larger than 6" diameter and 2 1/2" thick @ 3 3/4 thick with jaws and face plate This auction is for the chuck, 2 sets of jaws, a face plate and bolts with a 1" bore mounts clockwise (right handed) on a spindle with 8 threads per inch.

This appears to be a new old stock chuck in the original box with tightening pins. # on box is 21422 It has some very light surface rust from being handled and stored in a damp basement, but otherwise shows no sighn of wear or tooling marks. It is 2-1/2 inches in diameter with 3 jaws and a 3/4-16 mount thread.
