You are looking at a Leica (?) Pacific Crest (?) Digger/Excavator Surveying Cable. I am unsure as to the exact application of this cable sadly. It appears in generally good condition however one of the plugs is missing from the end of the cable (see pictures). It appears in otherwise good condition however as we lack the means of testing it in any way we are selling this cable in the hopes that it will be useful to someone for the purposes of parts and or repair.
