Here we have a used David White Meridian level model 8820 with hard case and plumb bob. The rear lens that you look thru is cracked. You unscrew the black eyepiece and loosen a set screw and the lens slides right out, I am sure you can buy a replacement on their web site, If I get time I will research it and add it to the posting.

I do not know how to describe this.  It has a glass level on the top with the bubble under glass and dials on each end with numbers on the dials.  When the dial on the end with the knob is turned the level section moves.
