It is in excellent condition. I do not have the knowledge or the equipment to test it but I am confident that it is functioning as it should. According to the manufacturer this offers Display resolution of 0.1 degree Centigrade Output current limit contol to safely operate all TE coolers Output will supply 4 amps, 16 Watts Closed-case calibration Output Type: Bipolar constant current source Compliance Voltage: 4 Volts at 4 Amps Maximum Current Output: 4 Amps Temperature Range: -99 degrees Centigrade to +150 degrees Centigrade I will permit returns if it iss not working and not as I advertised it. I have provided pictures for you to make your own judgment on the condition of this item. I will describe everything the best as I an able based on visual inspection and my knowledge of the item. The item is "Sold as Is" with no returns so if you have any questions about the item or would like additional information please email at least 48 hours prior to end of auction. I did not "clean up" or replace parts on vintage items so as not to alter or damage the integrity of the item unless otherwise noted.
