Not sure of actual load rating.  But project called for 250lbs.

This is an unused heavy duty dual wheel precision shock absorbing swivel caster made by Aerol in 1989. Each wheel is marked AE-12-T-10, 11 1/2 " diameter with 3/4" x 3" rubber tread. The swivel feature has 4 locking points.

Type c-31254T10, used but look to be in good usable condition. OD is 6", Mounting square is 7", Ht is 4" all have a 5/8 tapped hole in the top. Load rating is 600# each for vibrations and 80-120# for shock.
