This generator produces both white and pink noise.  It may be used for noise masking (in an office, home, bedroom, waiting room, etc) or for general audio frequency testing.  Picture 4 is my spectrum analyzer showing the low frequency rolloff at about 5 Hz.  Picture 5 shows the high frequency is down about 3db at around 18 kHz.  The rolloff is not very sharp and usable signal extends out beyond 25 kHz. It will provide either a 500 mv line level output or a 5 mv microphone level through either a single ended RCA phono plug or a balanced output with a three conductor socket. The mating plug with screw terminals is included.  There is a low pass filter (high frequency rolloff) that can be adjusted from flat (no effect) down to 9 db / octave at 300 Hz.  It is really great for testing the frequency response of filters, equalizers, speakers and similar audio gear. I will include a copy of the data sheet for both the rack mount and stand alone versions (the unit for sale is rack mount).  The data sheet includes specifications and frequency response graphs.
