 A Marconi Instruments Ltd Digital Synchronizer TF 2171 - bought this with a bunch of Amateur Radio equipment, the ham equipment needed service such as cleaning, and on some older stuff power supply capacitor replacement. I plugged this in, powered it on (no problems), and hooked it up to my oscilloscope. Sine wave output in "out of lock" position and a mess that varied as I turned the frequency knobs - a bit of a square wave pattern (a pulse) then random scatter. See the photos. OSCILLOSCOPE NOT INCLUDED!. It's being sold as parts/not working but it looks like somebody who knows this can get it going. Ask me questions, and if you know a quick test - let me know and I'll do it. Check my feedback. EVERY sold transaction since I joined has been a positive one.  Email me if you want more pictures or have any questions. I'm not a business or pawn shop or such. I ship twice a week. 30 day return policy - I've been with ebay since like 1997 (back when they didn't even have pictures and you would use your real email address) and do not sell junk.  Quoted shipping is for USA For some crazy reason these seem to sell for very high prices in England - even when not working. $150.29??? So, I think my starting price is fair.
