It comes complete with a variable spot size Luxtec Ultralite padded headset and 4 piece stand. It is very clean and works well. It has been tested and inspected as described below. This light source has dual turrets with selections for Storz, ACMI, Wolf, and Olympus. TEST/INSPECTION OF SALE CONTENTS: Test: Testing this unit consisted of plugging in and powering on. The light works and both fans are working. The intensity adjustment knobs are working properly. The turret selection turns freely. All the adjustments on the headset are in working order. There are a few broken fibers in the light guide cable as pictured but light output is still strong. There also appears to be some reinforcing tape on the base of the light guide cable as pictured. The lamp hour meter is reading 0 hours. Actual lamp hours unknown. Lamp life is not guaranteed or warranted. Inspection: Cosmetically this system is very clean. It does have normal signs of previous use like dings, scuffs, stains, and scratches as per the pictures. There is a small chip missing on the front bezel as pictured. Power cord is in good condition. All five wheels on the stand turn freely. This unit is guaranteed not DOA.
