It comes complete with a variable spot size Sunoptics RCS padded headset, 4 piece stand, printed copy of owners manual, and a protective bag for the headset. It is very clean and works well. It was manufactured in 2013 so it is fairly new. The lamp hour meter is reading 35.6 hours. There is a biomed sticker that was due 8/2015 so it was in use not long ago. It has been tested and inspected as described below. This light source has a single turret with selections for Storz, ACMI, Wolf, and Olympus. There are a few broken fibers in the light guide cable as pictured but light output appears to be good. The lamp hour meter is reading 35.6 hours. Lamp and light guide cable life is not guaranteed or warranted. Inspection: Cosmetically this system is very clean. Very light normal signs of previous use as per the pictures. It was manufactured in 2013 so it is fairly new. There is a biomed sticker that expired 8/2015 so it was in use not long ago. Power cord is new in an opened package. All five wheels on the stand turn freely. The stand base has two locking caster wheels. This unit is guaranteed not DOA. Please study pictures carefully.
