This new, old stock tool has been stored for a long time but works perfectly and smooth. It has a bit of rusting on the tip and box is very damaged but does not effect the action at all. This is the heavy duty old brand of this.

The cutter is used and missing the bit but in good condition besides that. Shipping international will be additional cost.
