This is a brand new Pro Shaper Tools mallet design, featuring a steel tubing head with a welded steel handle. This is a nice vintage mallet the smell it does have where on it and could use a good cleaning I am not sure of the maker but I believe it could be Nicholson file I purchased a lot of stuff from a retired salesman for Nicholson in this was at the estate I do not see any markings on it it is in good working order please look at pictures closely thank you
