Maxair systems universal helmet, liner, filter cartridge, cover cap, face mask, battery, comfort strips and a battery belt holder. This kit is used by surgeons so they may perform tasks and remain cool with this helmet. It has an air conditioner built into the mask to keep you cool during surgery and is fully powered by a rechargeable lithium ion battery. The MAXAIR powered air purifying respirators optimize respiratory protection against airborne (aerosol and droplet) particulates. All are NIOSH approved designs whose heritage originated in healthcare 20 years ago. MAXAIR Systems have become the respirators of choice verses conventional PAPR and N95 mask designs.
