As stated I have no way of actually testing this item further then turning on after plugging it in, and it does in fact light up and appear to work just fine but I have no way of knowing if it is measuring tubes correctly because of the fact that it is from, if I'm not mistaken, the 1940's or so! See the photos for any thing on the inside you are curious about, but feel free to ask any question!

This is an operating Navy tube/voltage/capacitor/resistor tester. It is unique in that it serves as a tube tester, a multimeter, and a capacitance tester, all in one unit!
