MecMesin M2500E Test Stand / Adhesion Tester. The unit does power on, and functions properly. It will need to be calibrated by its next owner.  It comes as shown in the photo. We are offering a "3 day right of return" on this unit. As long as you contact us as soon as you receive the item if you are not happy, and have it shipped back to us within three days of receiving the merchandise, we will offer a refund of what the item cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.   Please give us a call at 860-242-4953 to discuss the unit or payment options.
