I have no idea what kind of electrical machine or electrical system a gauge like this is used. I bought it at an estate auction, and all I know is the former owner was an Electrician. I have no way of testing it so I am selling it (cheap,) as is, however, if it was of no use, why would it still be with his other gauges and tools etc., that were sold at the auction.
