This is a brand new Metcal / OKI Drag soldering tip, in original package. Never been used, as I ordered the tip from Farnell only to realize that it does not fir my equipment. Before bidding, please check that your soldering tips look as the one on a picture. This fits to MFR type metcal stations only. Please find the datasheet at http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1424874.pdf Drag soldering is probably the fastest and most efficient way to put the high-density QFP chips on board, as one can slide the iron tip over the entire row of pins and get it all done once.
