This is a used microchemistry kit as used in many organic chemistry courses.  Manufactured by Kontes (now Kimble-Chase), this kit sells for over $500 new - see manufacturer's website: http://www.kimble-chase.com/advancedwebpage.aspx?cg=2098&cd=4&SKUTYPE=202&SKUFLD=SKU&DM=1250&WEBID=8890 Kit is used and may require some cleaning but has all pieces (there are a couple of minor differences between this older kit and the latest model found at the link above).   The foam lining the case is old and may be crumbly; I can direct you to where you can buy replacement foam for $10 if this bothers you.  I have sold more than one of these kits, they are all identical apart from minor cosmetic details.  The pictures above are of an example kit, not the exact one you will be getting,  Money back if not satisfied!
