Unit lights up great and it seems to be working. I cannot test it properly on my end. It is missing the front cover and the accessories that are held in the cover. (Dummy load and cables).  I have all the manuals in pdf also that i can send via email.  I can print them out on paper if you want, but you should know it's hundreds of pages! You can contact me to discuss shipping. From radiomuseum web page: The URM25 was one of the most dependable military RF signal generator. It generates AM or CW signal starting as low as 10 kHz up to 50 MHz in eight bands. Modulating frequency can be selected 400 or 1000 Hz internal or may be external. The accuracy can be checked against an internal crystal calibrator. The equipment is extremely compact and sturdy: the RF section is completely enclosed in a die cast aluminum box; tuning coils and other tuning components are mounted all around a revolving plate. Cables and accessories are hosted in the front cover. 19 kg / 41 lb 13.6 oz (41.85 lb) 340 x 270 x 260 mm / 13.4 x 10.6 x 10.2 inch
