Our neoprene is black, with a slick/smooth top surface, and a spongy/textured bottom surface, in a 4mm thickness. We do not have any additional colors or thinner/thicker material than this. We also do not have any material covered with fabric. Neoprene is referred to as neoprene fabric, because it is a thin, elastic sheet of material used in a variety of applications. Thank you for your interest in this product! Let me tell you a little about our neoprene "scraps": Each piece of this neoprene is a piece of high quality material used in our manufacturing process. They become "scraps" when they are not large enough for us to use. Each piece is 4mm thick,  scuba grade (wetsuit) material although we are not manufacturers of wetsuits so we are fresh out of tips & tricks on building those (thank you for not asking us)! The item size is listed in the title. You can see from the pics the edges may be a little jagged cut and there are a few wrinkles. Please note that depending on your application, some of the wrinkles will flatten out but some may not.
