Mitchell MIT6500 5KV High Voltage Insulation Resistance Tester This is in excellent, nearly like new cosmetic condition. It powers on to the screen shown in the pics. Unfortunately, I don't even know what it is for. I am not in any way an electrician and have no way to test this for anything except power. It turns on. Because of the lack of info I have, I have to sell this as pictured, untested. If there are any simple tests you would like me to perform, please provide good instructions. I will be happy to help.
