For sale is a Mitutoyo Hyper Quick Vision 404 PRO Optical Inspection Machine. What's included: -Mitutoyo Hyper Quick Vision 404 PRO Optical Inspection Machine -Machine Stand -Motor, Power, M.SIG, V.SIG1 - cables The machine is being sold AS IS. History of the Machine: I purchased this machine early this summer and it has been at my work ever since. My plans were to hook up the motors encoders, limit switches, etc.. to a CNC Mill Controller and convert it to a CNC Mill/3D printer. However, being that I am in school and working full time, I have no extra room for this project and the boss said I have to get this machine out of the shop by the end of the year! The controller I was looking at was EMC2 and LinuxCNC software to run the machine. The machine has: Linear rails on all axis Ball Screws on all axis Linear Encoder on the Z axis Motor Encoders on the X & Y axis Limit Switches on all axis Covers on all Axis The machine is cast iron and weighs approximately 1200 lbs with the Machine Stand Table travels are 400mm x 400mm x 250mm in the X,Y&Z Axis respectively This thing is just screaming for a conversion! The optical components on this machine could be sold of for ~$750-$1,000 , IF you wanted to do a conversion with the machine. Mitutoyo Optical Lens ~$300 Sony Digital CCV Modules $$$ ++++ Other modules, sensors, electronics, boards - $$$$ Everything is there for the conversion, WEIGHT, PRECISION BEARINGS, RAILS, BALLSCREWS, ENCODERS, MOTORS! All of Mitutoyo's High Quality Standards! This is a $60k machine new! OR If you would like to get this machine up and running for it's intended purposes, Optical Inspection, you will have to contact Mitutoyo in regards to purchasing the machine controller and software or find a third party with software and a controller that will work on this machine. The machine is available for inspection on the weekends and possibly during the weekdays in the afternoon ONLY by appointment. Shipping will either be by pick-up (I have a forklift to use at the shop) or by your carrier of choice. If you choose to ship by carrier/LTL I will properly crate the machine and secure it to a solid pallet. Crating will incur a $150-200 fee to cover costs for materials and labor.
