This is a nice used morse taper #3 shank master holder for holding cutters that have the miniature morse taper shank. The Large diameter of the inside taper which is right at the end of the hole measures about .935" Made by SJ Scully Jones Co. Chicago USA model 3-B-3 52117 S-J Overall Length is 6-1/2" This one does have a set screw hole like the one in the photo but it is not lined up with the slot like the one in the photo, is about 20 degrees to the right of the slot.
