Used about 4 years then stored in a basement for 12 years not being used....no capacitor included...should work with no problem came form a working ac unit....some rust on shaft and missing one of the oil caps..READ THIS and it is missing 3 of the 4 nuts they broke off at the tread....so you will have to install new long bolts that go thru motor to install motor with the 4 nuts....again nothing to put the nut on.....
