“radio and batteries are used but in working condition. screen on unit has minor scratches however still able to see display. unit is programmed with my frequencies and do not have the programming software. unit and batteries where engraved with company logo and information, which i had them removed but it does NOT effect function on radio nor battery use. please reference to pictures posted in listing.”
