Used MTR 3100 Four Function Rework Station for Mixed Technology PCBs System includes four hand piece hot air tool base with VVM-1 and TCM-1 controllers, hot air tool with integral vacuum, hot air pencil, hot air pencil accessories, SMT tweezers hand piece, vacuum pick-up pencil, vacuum pencil nozzles, hand piece tool holder for tweezers and hot air pencil, nozzle tray, FCT holder, FCR accessories, dual foot switch for independent control of hot air supply and vacuum, RTS-A adjustable tool stand, RBH-A board holder, SMW-1100 preheater/tool stand. System features are focused convection reflow for directed hot air with built in vacuum pick up, optical isolation with zero voltage switching, meets Mil-Std-2000A and Mil-Std-1686, hot air pencil for safe convection reflow of SMT components, non-contact reflow to eliminate thermal shock and possible component mis-alignment, standard SMT tweezers for removal of discrete SOICs and PLCC components, self-contained vacuum pencil for SMT component placement, accurate and independent temperature control of all hand pieces, and self-contained pumps for hot air pencil, FCT, and vacuum pencil.
