STIHL TS 420 67cc 2 cycle cutoff saw. This unit was tested 6/16/2016, was started and run for about a minute, has NO muffler so it was loud, didnt want to run it longer than that. Piston looks good, I dont see any scoring.

What we have here is a cut-off saw that starts and runs fine it has been used for cutting steel so the metal dust has stained it some.The muffler has a rusty look but is solid.The blade shroud has been replaced with a nice crack free one but if your cutting concrete it will need a water kit.The saw is used so its not perfect but will get the job done.
