The unit in new and used, there is a little paint that is missing from the very outside of the trolley's wheel from being rolled around on concrete but he trolley has not been used. The tolley is missing the packet of spacing washers so new washers would need to be purchased either from JET, online or a good well stocked hardware store. Included in the packet are the two cotter pins that lock the nut place, so the trolleys width stays fixed.
