This is a Heathkit model # IG-4505 Oscilloscope Calibrator, which would be a good piece of test equipment for a Ham Radio or radio repair test bench. It appears to be in excellent condition, but it is not tested and is sold as-is. It came from a local Amateur Radio Operator's estate, and no tests were performed except to plug it in to AC power and observe that the Red power-on indicator did illuminate. The original manual is included. PayPal is accepted for payment, but other forms of mailed-in payments are also accepted and would be much preferred! Shipping charges will be $13.85 via USPS to CONUS (ONLY) locations, with careful packing. Any international sales must use eBay's Global Shipping Program service, where I ship the unit to a USA address, they take care of any necessary customs, etc. paperwork, and then ship to the winning bidder. Shipping charges are based on USPS charges to USA destinations for a recently-shipped items of similar size and weight, the packing materials, and a 20-mile round-trip drive to the nearest Post Office. Please also remember that both eBay and PayPal take a percentage of the shipping charges, which increases the cost for the seller to ship items to the winning bidder.
