This is a Maytag Model 82 Multi-Motor 2 Cycle Gas Engine, From An Early Gas Powered Model 82 Gyrator Washer From About 1924. This is In Need Of A full Restoration, Or to Use For Parts..  The Engine Is Loose & Has GREAT Compression, It Is Clean & will Be Easy To Get Apart, This Still Has Most Of the Original Type Bolts..... The Cylinder Jug Is Good, No Chipped fins....This Is complete & looks to Have All Of The Ignition Components, Including The Timing Tab, Which Are usually Missing!! Will Need A Lead out Tower & Plugwire   The Serial Number is 144975 It was Stamped nicely On The flywheel & Is the right Number Range for the Features Of the Engine..    This looks to Have A pretty Good E - Type Carb, That Will need the choke cap... Any Of The Parts Missing On this Engine Are Available Right Here on E-Bay From A few of the Vendors That Make Parts, This Is A good Engine For Someone That Is looking to Restore A Model 82 Maytag.....
