This is a Top Bolster For the Early Waterloo Boy Cart, used For The 2 - 5 Hp Gas Engines, It is A bigger cart, It Has 18" Wheels.... This is A similar Cart To the 6 Hp John Deere Cart with the Ball & Socket on The front, But This is A flat Top Type OR  5TH Wheel  These Cart axles Just Have A "stub" cast in On each end.      It Measures   12 1/2" Wide,   with About A 5" Turn Table,    3/4" Center Mounting Bolt & Nut  With A 1/4" Retainer Pin Hole........ Skid Mounting holes are At About 7 1/4"   Many Of these Carts Are missing The Original Top Bolster Or Have A Repaired, Worn Out, OR Home-made Part On It ...... Don't Miss Out.... It Is Hard to Find the Originals & I only Have A few of these That Are Extra !!!  As You Can See It is Ready To Add to your Early Waterloo Cart,  These are New Cast Iron Casting...
