The Adapter uses a Standard ISO 38mm (1.5 inch) diameter insertion end to phototube and a standard Nikon F Mount Bayonet to C-Mount (2.54mm or 1 inch diameter with 32 threads per inch) for camera attachment This is the piece you are bidding on fully assembled. A Nikon Bayonet F mount to 0.5x and also a 1.0x Port adapter See Picture below for separate parts. The device is designed to insert into any Microscope which contains a 38mm photoport (bottom lower portion of picture) . The upper end contains a male C-mount and to a F Mount for attaching a Nikon camera. This adapter can be used on the microscopes listed below. Ready to attach to the Nikon camera F mount. Attached to the Nikon camera F mount as a 0.5x viewing port. Attached to the Nikon camera F mount as a 1.0x viewing port with 0.5x assembly removed. Assembly pieces minus the 0.5x lens removed.
