This is a used, guaranteed-good 76mm square x 28mm thick dc bower, NMB’s model number FAL5F12LH. A datasheet is available at http://www.nmbtc.com/pdf/dcfans/fal5f.pdf. The leads are cut to about 4”. This type of blower intakes air from the top/bottom and exhausts it out the side through a port, allowing for directed airflow.
