UP FOR BID IS AN UNUSED REPLACEMENT BAG FOR A DUST COLLECTOR. IT MEASURES ABOUT 31" BY 101/2" If I "walk" the tape measure around from the seam and back I get a measurement of 36 1/2 inches. There are no loops or hooks anywhere in or on it, I assume it would get fastened with a clamp or belt of some kind. It is made of fabric. I would guess some sort of wool or felt, it is stiff and scratchy to the touch. Item is as shown, feel free to email me with any questions before bidding, I will try to provide answers or more pictures if necessary.
