The controlled heat can reach temperatures up to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, which is efficiently held in the insulated aluminum cavity. Its half door design allows you to access the cavity in halves, keeping more heat in the cabinet for a more energy efficient operation. The NU-VU PRO-16 can hold 16 full size (18" x 26") sheet pans, and features 3 3/8" shelf spacing. An easy-to-use manual fill water pan provides humidity while the fan uniformly distributes heat and humidity evenly over all the products. Proofer, floor model, electric, electromechanical controls, holds (16) full size or (32) half size pans, manual fill water pan, full view glass doors, indicator light for thermostat, timer, separate heat and humidity controls, casters, stainless steel exterior construction Shipping Policies We have some of the lowest shipping prices in the country.
