Designed with equestrian needs in mind, the NE3652 barn includes a hayloft, tack room, wash stall, and can accommodate 4 horses. NUEQUESTRIAN barns are designed with CSC Building System’s pre-engineered wall and roof framing systems and are fabricated with the NUFRAME and NUTRUSS systems, which cuts the fabrication process down to one fully integrated step. Designed with the qualities contractors demand, yet simple enough for the do-it-yourselfer, these pre-fabricated cold-formed steel framing packages are an easy, yet valuable, addition to any property. Licensed Engineer’s structural certification of the drawings and design 3. Assembly drawings for the wall panels and trusses 4. NuFrame Galvanized Steel Stud wall framing studs and track including: a. Top and bottom tracks are part-marked, cut to length, and pre-punched for all stud and jam connections. b. Studs part-marked, pre-cut and pre punched for connection to track, blocking, bracing, and framed openings c. Blocking is part-marked, pre-cut and pre-punched for easy assembly between studs. d. Door jams and headers are part-marked, pre-cut and pre-punched e. Window jams, headers, and sills are part-marked, pre-cut and pre-punched f. Diagonal bracing (if required) is part-marked, pre-cut and pre-punched for required wall panels g. The walls are divided into 8’ to 12’ sections, part-marked and packaged individually for assembly and easy handling. h. An assembly diagram for each wall section identifying the location of each part-marked component in the section assembly. i. All rivets, self-drilling screws, and angle clips required for assembly of the building frame. 5. NuFrame Galvanized Steel Stud Roof framing (if used) a. Blocking is part-marked, pre-cut and pre-punched for easy assembly between rafters. d. The roof framing is divided into 8’ to 12’ sections, part-marked, and packaged individually for assembly and easy handling. e. An assembly diagram for each roof section identifying the location of each part-marked component in the section assembly. f. All rivets, self-drilling screws, and angle clips required for assembly of the building frame. 6. NuTruss Galvanized Roof Trusses (if used) a. Top and bottom chords are part-marked, cut to length, coped, notched, and punched for precision, bolted assembly. b. The web members are part-marked, cut to length, coped, notched, and punched for precession assembly. c. Each truss is individually packaged and part-marked. d. An assembly diagram for each truss identifying the location of each par-marked component in the section assembly. e.
