This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition and it works. The only issue with it is the arm rest. This and several other units i have were acquired from a VA medical facility. Whoever removed them had improperly removed the arm rests and did not preserve the screws. The bracket tip in some even appear stripped (see pictures). that can be fixed and does not really affect the chair's functionality given that most used procedure chair/table often dont have them. Anyway i just want to make sure this is well documented in here. The arms are not firmly in place and will need repair if you have to use them. Other than that this chair is beautiful and works. The plate has the date of 4-2-2015, im not sure if that is the DOM. It has clean plush upholstery with no holes, cuts or any kind of laceration. both the foot switch and hand control work, unit reclines, retracts, rises and lowers with no problem. Shipping will be freight and price will based on whether this is going to a commercial address or residence and whether you have a loading dock or forklift to unload. Sold as-is, as described.
