This is a rather hard to find original Bosch DU4 four cylinder base mount magneto for an early car, truck, or prairie tractor.  These had several applications in the early industrial world and are very high quality magneto.  It is in great condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind and has a very unusual original impulse setup on it.  It is clockwise rotation and turns nice and smoothly with excellent magnetic pull and has no noticeable wear in the bearings.   The points and everything inside are in great shape.   It puts out a hot, fat, blue spark this will surely run your engine if it is set up properly.  It mounts on a 2 inch square mounting pattern and the mounting threads are in great shape.  These original Bosch DU4 magnetos are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they usually require several hundred dollars worth of repair work.  This one should be ready to go or put on your shelf for a spare.  Let the pictures be your guide.  You'll like it.  I can always be reached at 262 573 1931 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
