This is a pretty nice original magneto gear likely for a magneto on an early motorcycle.   It is possible that it was used on a hit and miss engine, as well.  It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs.  it has a tapered bore and measures about 1 15/16 inches in diameter and has a 9/16 inch tooth width.  It is about 7/16 inch from the back to the front side of the bore.  It has 20 teeth and they are all in great shape.  Please do your homework to be sure it fits your application.  I believe it is ready to be used on your project!  It would even make a great spare on the shelf!  This original magneto gears don't come along that often so don't miss it.
