This is a rather hard to find original governor weight for a Gilson hit and miss gas engine.  It may fit several sizes so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application.  It is in good condition and should be ready to go to work again.  It is very hard to tell but may have been repaired a looong time ago where the weight meets the leg but again it is very hard to tell.  It measures about 3 3/4 inches between the spring holes.  It has a 1/4 inch diameter pivot hole and is about 7/16 inch thick there.  It is about 4 1/4 inches long overall.  If yours is broken, missing, or repaired here's a chance at a better one.  It would also make a great spare on the shelf.  The pictures tell the story.  You'll like it.  I can be reached at 262-573-1931 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
