This is a pretty nice original Motsinger Autosparker generator or dynamo for ignition on an early hit and miss gas engine.  It seems to be in great shape for its age with no cracks, breaks, or repairs other than one crack in an outer magnet which shouldn't affect anything.  I believe this is the earliest style of Motsinger with the round magnets.  It turns over very smoothly with very little wear in the bearings.  It is ready to accept the pulley of your choice on the shaft.  It mounts with two holes in the brass body and they are in good shape.  The armature seems to have very little wear.  These early Motsinger's are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they really set an engine off!  If you've been looking for one don't miss your chance on this one.  The pictures tell the story.   I can be reached at 262-573-1931 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
