Old Vintage Dempster Windmill Hit & Miss Engine Company Beatrice Nebraska Cast Iron Hand Water Well Pump. Very nice old original pump. Body has Dempster Mill MFG Co. Beatrice NE name and part number 224F cast on it. Handle moves up and down ok. The threads on the bottom of the 1 1/4" pipe are good for mounting more pipe. This is a good working condition old pump. One of the base sides has a welding repair. No other cracks, welds or repairs. Pump has been repainted. It has a hook for the water conductor to hang on the curved spout. The Pump is 38 inches tall and has a 29 inch handle. This pump will make a great yard art decoration or will pump water with the addition of a pump cylinder more pipe and sucker rod. You are bidding on the pump only as shown in the photos. The last 2 photos show how a pump is mounted on your well and the working parts also a pump cylinder showing the inside parts that make the pump lift the water.
