Olympus OSF-2 Flexible Fiberoptics Endoscope Sigmoidoscope w/case and accessories as pictured. The 60 cm flexible sigmoidoscope diameter is 12.2 mm and has a 3.2 mm instrument channel, 180/180 degree of view up/down and 160/160 degrees sideways. DOA or Incorrect Product: All items described to be in operational condition but received Dead on Arrival (DOA) can be returned for replacement or refund (when no replacement is available), only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product. Compensation will be provided upon actual return receipt, physical examination, testing, and serial verification of the item and all sent accessories. If any one of these criteria is not met, we reserve the right to withhold funds for an indefinite term until all requirements are met. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, so please contact us to make a request for one. Returned items must be received within 7 days of the RMA date or the case will not be honored. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping on all items, freight and insurance. If a replacement is sent, there is no charge for re-shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent without prior approval. Return Shipment: All returns must be received in the same condition as shipped including all accessories attached. For claims, it is required that all original packaging materials be retained and returned with the defective product.
