One (1) each, 8 by 3 inch Turner. Traditional Line By Dexter Russell. Designed to be rugged for use in a professional kitchen. Can be used to "turn" any meat or even eggs. This turner is stamped "factory seconds" Because there is a "wave" in a pattern like the letter "W" across the blade. It happens during the polishing stage sometimes. It's visible in the 8th photo. Because it was in a bin with other turners, it has many SURFACE scratches that will not effect the functionality of the tool. They are visible in the 7th and 9th photos. This turner is about in similar condition as one that had been used on the line for about an hour or so. The edges are sharp and crisp and the handle is tight.
