Check out my custom "Austin Steele" design, with COVERED BACK PORCH, STANDING ROOM LOFT AND ROOFTOP DECK but still easily towable within DOT regs. (24x8x13.1) With ample natural light through 7 double paned windows and custom french doors. Titled as a travel trailer. Exterior 96% finished with interior able to be made your own. Comes with loads of extras to help get it finished as well, including some lumber and trim peices, some hardware, waterproof flooring, shower pan, outlets and electrical wiring, water lines and pump, gas lines and water tanks in place underneath, and spare trailer tires. Also included are brand new full size refrigerator, gas oven and range, electric cook top, gas tankless water heater, full size sink, propane tanks. Exterior still needs trim and paint, and decking for porch and deck. I started building this small home around Thanksgiving in FL and pretty quickly I found out that everybody loves a tiny house. I would have 5 to 10 people a day stopping to check out the progress and and take pics. I just about finished the exterior when I had to move to WV. I pulled it from there to here with my Chevy 1500 and it was pretty smooth. I've done a little bit more work on it since I've been here, but I recently took a job in AZ and I don't think I'm going to be able to finish it before I need to leave.
