Unused (Never Erected) New 30'x50'x20' Red Iron I-Beam QE Metal Building located in Duvall, WA. This is a red iron, I-beam metal building stamped and engineered for the state of WA. Not tube steel! No welding required, all hardware included. I had this building designed and engineered by QE Buildings for use as a large two story workshop and "barndominium" on my property; I've since decided to sell the property and unfortunately need to sell this building as well. The building was received and is currently stored under tarps up on cribbage for airflow. Nothing has been assembled. As is, the building is 30' wide, 50' long, and 20' tall at the eaves, with the ridge being a few feet taller (roof is a 1:12 pitch). I was planning on installing vehicle lifts in the front with a mezzanine level in the back since the building was designed in height to allow a second floor. Details: 1) Building is Rustic Red with dark Burnished Slate trim. (I was going to install burnished slate glass garage doors to match, which makes the building look quite modern and less like a typical metal garage or building - doors were not included with this kit, so you'll have to provide your own) 2) All hardware is included and no welding is required. Bolts, tape sealant, silicone, foam inserts for wall & roof panels. 3) Building comes with structural and foundation designs stamped for the state of Washington. This alone was over $4k in additional work. The structure is rated for additional snow load as well as hurricane level winds which meet WA code. 4) Two 8'x9' garage door openings. 4) One 6'x7' mandoor opening. 5) 30' x 50' x 20' You will have to load or provide your own method of loading & shipping for this building! This is a large, heavy building! While it is possible for a few people to manually load each piece onto a trailer, I highly recommend a forklift or telehandler. A lot of the metal framing is still banded together, some of which weigh over 3k lbs each. You will need a loader rated for 5k lbs. Semis can pull up to the drive but will not fit onto the construction site for loading (I used a telehandler & simply offloaded myself); Double axel trailers will fit and can be pulled up to where the building is stored.
