You are considering an Onsrud, Overarm Pin Router. This machine is used and is in fair overall condition. We have run this machine here and it seems to run out fine. The start / stop buttons, motor starter and 2-speed switch all work as they should. We did not receive any guide pins, collets or router bits with this machine, so it has not been tested under working conditions. Machine is being sold AS IS. This is an older, heavy built machine. The body shows normal wear, scratches, etc from normal use. The table has some mild to moderate surface rust starting to form on it from sitting unused in a non-climate controlled warehouse. All moving components; table adjustment, foot pedal, etc., move freely, but may need some minor adjustment before use. Again, this machine is being sold AS IS. Mfg By: Onsrud Machine Works, Inc. Chicago, IL (made in USA) Model: W-240-D (This is believed to be the correct model number. This number is cast into the main housing. There is no other ID tag on this machine other than the drive motor information.) Drive Motor: Louis Allis, 5 HP, 2-Speed 3,460 & 1,750 RPM, 220 Volt 3 Phase Spindle Speeds: Believed to be approximately 10,000 and 20,000 RPM. Pulley on motor is 14" diameter. Pulley at spindle is believed to be around 2-1/2" diameter. We have not removed the covers to check. Table Size: 36" X 24" Table Height Adjustment: (measuring from bottom of collet nut to top of table: Minimum 0", table will go all the way up to the nut. Maximum, 12". Table Tilt: 45 degree front tilt Guide Pin Holder: 5/8" Diameter Machine Weight: Approximately 1,770 Lbs. (not actual shipping weight) As mentioned above, we did not receive any bits, collets or guide pins with this machine.
